These terms apply when you use DaySudoku. By playing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

The service

DaySudoku provides one daily Key9 Sudoku puzzle and an optional Full Sudoku continuation. The daily puzzle follows your browser’s local date. The service is currently free and does not require an account.

Features, puzzle availability, and presentation may change as the product develops. DaySudoku may correct, replace, or remove puzzle data when needed to maintain the game.

Local progress

Progress and results are stored in your browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices or browsers, using private browsing, or browser storage limits may remove that progress. DaySudoku does not provide account recovery, cloud sync, or permanent result history.

Acceptable use

You may use DaySudoku for personal, non-commercial play and share the result text generated by the game. You must not:

• interfere with the site’s operation or security;
• attempt to deliver malicious code through the site;
• misuse the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure; or
• present DaySudoku’s branding, puzzles, or source as your own product.

Intellectual property

DaySudoku’s name, Key9 presentation, site design, written content, puzzle bank, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.

Availability and warranty

DaySudoku is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and puzzle or browser-storage behavior may contain errors. No guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted or that locally stored progress can always be recovered.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DaySudoku is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or loss of locally stored progress.

External services and links

The site is delivered through third-party infrastructure and may link to external websites. Those services have their own terms and policies.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as DaySudoku changes. Continued use after updated terms are published means the updated terms apply.
